Aussie Tallow was founded by Samantha, a passionate farmer and skincare enthusiast, who runs a small Jersey cow farm in Mount Barker, Western Australia. Her journey began with a deep love for Jersey cows and their rich, nourishing milk.
Initially, Samantha used the excess milk from her cows to create luxurious handmade soaps. In her exploration of natural skincare, she discovered the benefits of tallow—a traditional, nutrient-rich ingredient derived from suet, a natural byproduct of beef production. With a commitment to sustainability and quality, she began rendering tallow herself, ensuring that every product met her high standards.
